Lady goes in on Usher for Parking in Handicap

Check this footage from TMZ of a lady going HAM on Usher (Usher is in the grey hoody) for parking in a handicap spot at an ATL shopping center. While all this craziness was going it was also the Halloween parade hence the man dressed as Elvis l.o.l! We all know we have parked in handicap one time or another just be prepared to deal with the consequences!
