So we all know rapper Gucci Mane has had his run ins with the law. His most recent arrest was for pushing a 36 year old women out of his moving hummer. To make matters worst for the 31 year old rapper he is on probation and him getting charged is a straight violation.
So this is how it went down. Gucci was doing some shopping and met shorty on the morning of January 28th. After spitting a little game he convinced her to go have breakfast with him. The women knew who he was and was cool with the situation. After they jumped into his white hummer, they passed a waffle house and she became alarmed. She hadn't realized that Gucci was referring to "breakfast" the non-edible kind lol. She asked him where they were headed and he said he was taking her to a hotel and that he would gladly pay her $150 for her services. She was insulted, refused the offer and said she can make her own money.
So being the hood kind of guy that he is Gucci tried to push her out his vehicle. Keep in mind all this is happening while the vehicle is still in motion. He finally manages to push her out after some struggle onto the side of the road and then speeds off. She was then transported to the hospital and complained about soreness and pain. Funny thing is this happen in January. She only pressed charges April 1st. Gucci was subsequently arrested on Friday, April 8th, when he got to his appointment at the Georgia Department of Corrections Probation Office. What a bitch he walked into a trap not knowing it.
The moral of this story is if you are well off try and stay away from dumb shit! This whole situation could have been avoided and now it's going to cost him a whole lot in legal fees. He should of stuck to his song "First I get her name/ Then I get her number/Then I get some brains/ In the front seat of the hummer" no hotel lol.
