Beyonce and Jay-Z were spotted out for dinner in Paris last night. Beyonce is looking pale and blond as usual these days she's on her white girl swag! Have to admit I am loving her floral cut-out dress and louboutin python heels. Check out Jay-Z's hair, he hasn't had a haircut in a month his ritual when recording an album is not to cut his hair so I'm interested to hear what he's been working on!
