Are the Smith's growing up too fast?

Jada Pinket-Smith has people disagreeing with her exposing her kids to the industry at such a young age. 10-year-old singer Willow and 12-year-old actor/rapper Jaden have had what we call overnight success.  Jada doesn’t see anything wrong with her kids making their own choices and expressing themselves creatively. Either way they were destine to blow it's just good to see that they are working hard to be recognized as individuals.
Am i the only one that looked at the picture and said next year both these kids will be taller than her. She is in heels....
